Unrepaired Macine

From August 2021 I am battling to get my washing machine repair after an extended warranty was taken out the day we purchased machine. I had to different contractors at my premises and machine not working at all.

I phoned in to Hisense customer service requesting a contact name, number and email address for management in the repairs department I was place on hold to rate the service.

If this is the way a customer gets treated for something that was paid for then I don't know what service is in this country.

To battle to get a machine fixed for a year know.
