unreliable and pathetic service

Hisense has by far the worst customer service, I have been sitting with a dead fridge for over three weeks now, I have been calling almost everyday and their answer is "stay at home an agent is coming today" but no one ever comes. My family has had to live on take-aways, we have had to discard of everything that we had in the fridge. Hisense have the worst after service of of the brands I have ever owned, unreliable and pathetic customer service.
