Unprofessional and deplorable Service

I have received the most appalling customer service from Hisense South Africa I logged a call a week ago for my washer dryer. Unfortunately I didn't have my receipt so the agent logged it as an out if warranty service. I was called within a few hours for a tech to come out to check the machine. Fortunately for myself I had located the receipt and was therefore covered by the warranty. I was informed to relog the fault as it fell within the warranty. Unfortunately this is were my battle has begun.I was informed like previously to expect a call from a technician . Two days later and had to call again and only then was the fault logged. I was then called by the third party company who informed that a tech will be out to me the next day and couldn't confirm a time and should just wait for a call from somebody to confirm. As I desperately needed the machine sorted I then booked myself if work and waited the entire day for a call.By 3pm I called Hisense again only to be told they not sure if th e tech was coming out. After threatening to go to social media they hurriedly sent a tech at 5pm.Tech calls me so confused as to whether I need my TV or washer repaired Eventually e arrives and informs me he has to take the machine away.He asks me to sign paperwork .I then asked him for my copy ,He informed me there's nothing he can provide me with.I then ensured I took a Pic of his paper work . He assured me I will have feedback the very next day.I received no feedback or call from Hisense. I hen called two days in a row eventually I was told the machine was beyond repairs it will be replaced and the old machine will be delivered back to me.I can only get a new machine if I take the old one to were I bought it 3hours later I get a call for a 3rd party company called Master Care Auto and a lady by the name Heather informed me that the machine is being fixed .After explaining that Hisense had in fact confirmed i would receive a new machine, she became aggressive and told me Hisense made a mistake and there's no such thing. She continued to scream and say its not her problem I should go and find out from Hisense because she already had ordered the part .She informed me she didn't need to listen to me and refused for me to escalate to management and proceeded to cut the call.I yet again called Hisense who then again confirmed that the machine is in fact being replaced and promised to escalate the matter of the ladies unprofessional behavior. I was assured by dayend I would receive a call for the old machine to be delivered so I could get my new machine. The entire day passed with no feedback. Today I have called Hisense twice and I am still waiting for a team from management to even reach out as it seems no matter how many times I contact customer care,Im given the same answer but with the resolution. I have successfully had a machine replaced from LG two years ago with no hassle. I will never purchase from Hisense again as clearly the product is of inferior quality as the machine didn't even last 2 years The are highly *********** and have not sense of urgency. The lies and treatment of clients are deplorable. It seems like if I were to.pay out of pocket they were quick to respond but now that the onus lies with them ,I am given a run around. The machine cost me in excess if R8500 and it seems that customers hold no value to them

I had a call from Master Care Audio at 13h45 who assured me that my defective washer dryer will be delivered by 14h00 and it was on the van en route.
Currently at 17h05 I am yet to even get an update.
Hisense called me on after reading this complaint at 16h00 ,promised to call back.
Still waiting ..
Asked for a refund for the full machine was told its not possible,so i have to take a defective useless Hisense machine and pray there's no issues going forward.

am at my wits end with Hisense. I Logged a call a week ago about my washer dryer and eventually after being informed that I needed my receipt I still logged a call and agreed to pay the call out fees Fortunately I found my receipt and relogged a call and was informed my machine will be covered by warranty. Eventually after two day of continuous follow up the machine was picked up and I was informed it will be checked for the fault.I waited for a call frome either the company that collectis the machine to contact me or hisense.i finally contacted Hisense who said my machine was irrepairable and a credit note was issued. I was informed that my damaged machine will be dropped of and I should proceed to the store were I purchased to drop in of for a new unit.I had to follow up for a week and spoke to over 10 agents and eventually transferred to a Team Leader at Hisense to get my damaged machine to be returned. Upon contacting the initial company which is Furniture King in Durban I was informed that they will not take the machine back as according to them the warranty was over. After calling Hisense for the 5th time that day and speaking again to the TL Zandile, who forwarded all documents including the invoice of initial purchase and credit note to Funrniture King that my warranty was expired. After realizing that they messed up Hisense then authorized the credit note an advised me to proceed with dropping the problematic unit at Furniture King.i did so the very next day and was informed by the manager even given a handwritten note that my refund will be done by today. After follow up with Furniture King twice i was informed that Hisense messed up and they are still trying to get authorization from their 3rd party supplier for a refund. She advised that I call Hisense. I called Hisense who now claims its out of their control but they will try and follow up and cannot guarantee me anything. Now my machine has been stripped by Hisense technicians and I cannot even tell what more damages has been done. The machine was with their technicians for a nearly a week and since yesterday its been lying with Furniture King. Now none of these companies are willing to take responsibility of a R8300 machine of which could have been even more damaged during their care.
Zandile at Hisense is not available conveniently to take my call and Furniture King is also saying Hisense has messed up.
What the hell am I supposed to do.
The agents at Hisense continuously makes empty promises and speaks to the customers like they are idiots. If this is not resolved I will take this to the ombudsman, legally and through every platform.
Ref no***

Empty Promises
Its shocking that management at Hisense namely Zandile has refused any calls from me .
Clearly she is avoiding ownership of the false promises that was made.
I keep getting the same response and I am feed up with the lies.
I will.now take this up to the ombudsman.

It has now come to a stage were Zandile refuses to take my call or acknowledge by call.I am now stuck without a machine with no idea as to wats going on because Cleary Zandile is avoiding responsibility. I had to incur cost of hiring a vehicle to drop tha machine and now had to pay for laundry.
Both parties are silent.
I expect a call from a senior management not Zandile because now clearly this is gone on for too long.
I have already logged a call with the ombudsman and now proceeding to other social sites
