Unprofesional Ntombi Ntamo

I requested a software update from hisense and when l did a follow up l spoke to Ntombi Ntamo , and when l realised she could not understand what l was asking l tried to explain that the software update was the firmware for the smart tv not the update for the dstv as she thought . I kindly asked for her name and surname after the told me the technicians where going to send the update on Monday as they do not work weekends . After l asked for her name for reference come Monday she started to be rude and talking with a collegue saying “ yenzani noma ini enifisa ukuyenza anginandaba” meaning they asking for my name let them do whatever they feel like l do not care . To my surprise in the afternoon l get an email saying my smart tv is one of the old models that dstv has fazed out and guess who sent the email’ Ntombi Ntamo “ meaning the technicians got back to before monday as she said they do not work weekends . I smell a rat and l hope no one else gets treated the way Ntombi teeated me l mean we started off well and she just uugh…
