Unhappy service fro Hisense and unfriendly technicians

I bought a Hisense 50" TV at Alberton GAME stores and was given contact number and email address to report any problems. the looting took place, the TV gives a funny sound noise especially when listening to music. I called Hisense contact center to report the matter, i was asked to provide numerous info and the reason from them was that, they need to confirm if I did not loot the TV, took offense but provided all the details, the technician without the name kept sending emails asking me to press something, which I did and responded, after few days, they would come with other issues jus not to get help.
