Bonolo - bought a washing machine in July 2022 its not work it smells like something is burning and does not spin they tell me they wont fix due infestation ,make me understand how hisense does not properly seal their machines but blame it on the customer when spiders and roaches go inside the machine.

17 Nov 2022, 14:55My question is if you state that your warranty does not cover if insects get inside the machine what security do you have in place for insects ls as they small and they able to pass through the net which was provided to protect the machine from things like rats

17 Nov 2022, 14:59Right now i feel hisense is using cheap products and poor workmanship , at this i want to return everything hisense in my place from fridge to sound and tv coz i am *** nar with hisense
