Unfaithful product warranty

Am really disappointed with Hisense I cannot get hold of them on email and calls theres no response, am having a problem with my 8kg front loader its giving me an error message F-13 when I google it it says door it’s faulty, I have logged a call with Game Alberton City Mall they also tried calling Hisense with no response too, really Hisense failed us the call was logged on the 4th January 2023 no call nothing from them, its really frustrating having a family of four and added a critically sick father in law am taking care of now am forces to wash his clothes and underwear with my hands, that time my husband bought me a machine with a 4 years warranty but cannot get assistance, I have x2 operation and arthritis really sad don’t wanna lie, pray to get assistance soon its been 3 week’s struggling, worse part the machine its not dripping water😖🥹😖🥹😭 whats the use of buying one brand for your home appliances but they don’t care about us, bought the machine 08 October 2020 in 2th January 2023 am having problems.
