Unexceptable

This is unexceptable It's been a week now and I haven't received feedback regarding my TV. This is really unexceptable. I was told that your complaint regarding your tv has been received and a technician will come out. I'm tired of this It's now a week later and my TV has not been seen to. IM DONE !!! TAKE THIS TV AND KEEP IT!!!!
