Under warranty but refusing to repair!

It’s been a month now since I’ve been waiting for my washing machine to get fixed. The run around and treatment from the after sale team has been deplorable! I thought switching from Defy to Hisense would be better but turns out their after sale team and treatment is just as horrible.

Then my ticket was closed and nothing had been fixed and I had to call their after sale team again! This was the very first employee who actually assisted me and looked into exactly what was going on. But still, no one has come to repair my washing machine and I’m running out of patience. There’s absolutely no excuse for this. They should come take their machine and give me my money back so I can buy from a more reputable brand!
