Unbelievable *********** and empty promises

I am at my wits end with Hisense. I Logged a call a week ago about my washer dryer and eventually after being informed that I needed my receipt I still logged a call and agreed to pay the call out fees Fortunately I found my receipt and relogged a call and was informed my machine will be covered by warranty. Eventually after two day of continuous follow up the machine was picked up and I was informed it will be checked for the fault.I waited for a call frome either the company that collections the machine to contact me or hisense.i finally contacted Hisense who said my machine was irrepairable and a credit note was issued. I was informed that my damaged machine will be dropped of and I should proceed to the store were I purchased to drop in of for a new unit.I had to follow up for a week and spoke to over 10 agents and eventually transferred to a Team Leader at Hisense to get my damaged machine to be returned. Upon contacting the initial company is Furniture King in Durban I was informed that they will take the machine back as according to them the warranty was over. After calling Hisense for the 5th time that day and speaking again to the TL Zandile, who forwarded all documents including the invoice of initial purchase and credit note to Funrniture King that my warranty was expired. After realizing that they messed up Hisense then authorized the credit note an advised me to proceed with dropping the problematic unit at Furniture King.i did so the very next day and was informed by the manager even given a handwritten note that my refund will be done by today. After follow up with Furniture King twice i was informed that Hisense messed up and they are still trying to get authorization from their 3rd party supplier for a refund. She advised that I call Hisense. I called Hisense who now claims its out of their control but they will try and follow up and cannot guarantee me anything. Now my machine has been stripped by Hisense technicians and I cannot even tell what more damages has been done. The machine was with their technicians for a nearly a week and since yesterday its been lying with Furniture King. Now none of these companies are willing to take responsibility of a R8300 machine of which could have been even more damaged during their care. Zandile at Hisense is not available conveniently to take my call and Furniture King is also saying Hisense has messed up. What the hell am I supposed to do. The agents at Hisense continuously makes empty promises and speaks to the customers like they are idiots. If this is not resolved I will take this to the ombudsman, legally and through every platform. Had i been informed correctly of the issue I would have sorted my machine unfortunately I will not be held responsible for a unit that has been stripped ,been lying around a week at Hisense and the left for days at the intial purchaser.

It has now come to a stage were Zandile refuses to take my call or acknowledge by call.I am now stuck without a machine with no idea as to wats going on because Cleary Zandile is avoiding responsibility. I had to incur cost of hiring a vehicle to drop tha machine and now had to pay for laundry.
Both parties are silent.
I expect a call from a senior management not Zandile because now clearly this is gone on for too long.
I have already logged a call with the ombudsman and now proceeding to other social sites

And yet another day with no response or feedback.
Clearly im dealing with a company that does not care about their clients.
Two weeks with no resolution and Hisense sitting with both my machine and refund.
Continuous empty promises.
Seems like all the staff are hired to lie and managment is even worse.
Everybody is just pushing the blame to the next yet im sitting at a loss
