UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE HISENSE - TRYING TO CONTACT YOU FOR 5 DAYS !!!

On 12 December 2025, made a complaint on Hello Peter about Hisense's unacceptable customer and repair services in Cape Town, no response on all their contact numbers or via email. On 14 December, they responded via this website, stating they responded via email. They only acknowledged receipt of our email ... then nothing!!!!! All day on Monday 15 December I have been calling, no response, put on hold then cut off. I have tried today. HOW ON EARTH DO WE GET HOLD OF HISENSE, ITS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK NOW... i HAVE PROVIDED MY CONTACT NUMBER......
