Unable to get hold of anyone to assist

I have been battling to get anyone to answer the phone on *** since 30 October. The gentleman I spoke to that day was very helpful but since then its been a constant battle. Nathan contacted my last week but was unable to assist. I have sent so many emails but no one is remotely interested to assist. Some of the call centre agents do try to assist but the technical staff's is extremely difficult to locate.
