TV default

I bought hinse TV 58 inch smart TV on Takealot during Black Friday, on the 8th the TV stopped working.I was told by Takealot to contact Hisense, sent email, filled a form, Hisense is nowhere to be found now, i call them almost every day, nothing is happening, it's so frustrating. I'm now stucked with a non working TV at home lost my hard earned 7k cash down the drain.. Poor poor service.. I regret!!!
