TV advertised as \Full HD\" turns out mere HD-Ready"

I bought a TV set that was advertised as \Full HD\". Using the TV I noticed the resolution is not what it should be. I then tested and closely examined it, and found that it does not reproduce, dot-to-dot, a Full HD signal. There is significant loss of resolution. The TV is merely HD-Ready, not Full HD. I called Hisense and they said over the phone that the model number in question, 40K366, is indeed listed as a Full HD model on their system. I emailed them the test images and close-up photos proving it is not, and have nagged them for a response subsequently, but they don't seem interested in resolving this matter! It is many months later now."

Hi It is now two months since the above response, and I have heard NOTHING from Hisense.. So much for being "in touch shortly".. It appears I have no option but to take the matter to social media! : - (
