Truworths, MTN and Hisense, NEVER buy a phone from any of these people!!!

I have had my Truworths account for several years now, I recently bought 2 x cellphones, Hisense F22 on my account, we have moved house the same week and unfortunately the slip for one phone got lost, 7 days later, my daughter's phone stops working, I then go to Truworths, explain the situation, they made a copy of my receipt and send it to MTN for "return and evaluate" 1 MONTH later, I get a call from Truworths, they are very sorry, but MTN send the phone back immediately and refuse to fix it cause I dont have my "original receipt" bare in mind, I had a copy from the store!! Extremely furious I went to pick up the phone, this phone refuses to charge, wont even switch on!!! I then send it in on my own costs, the cellphone repair shop told me I can throw the phone away, its a factory fault and it cannot be repaired, his advise, just buy a new one!!

HELL NO!!! THE PHONE WAS USED FOR 7 DAYS AND NOW TRUWORTHS, MTN AND HISENSE EXPECTS ME TO PAY FOR A PHONE THAT I CANT USE???? 1) I am closing my truworths account 2) I will NEVER SUPPORT MTN EVER AGAIN 3) Hisense will never have the privelege for me to purchase any phone or appliance from them ever again in my life!! Disgusting customer service!!
