To whom it may concern, I really don't know what to do with this matter. I bought the Hisense 18 kgs (WTY1802T) Washing Machine from Game canal walk shopping mall on the 28/ November / 2020. ( I have purchase receipt slip) But After 3 washings the filter case was broke. ( Which means it's only used 2 months time) I can't used washing machine because it's stopped The game store sales told me that This washing machine has a 4 years warranty.
