They fix problems and create new ones

My washing mashine is a year old and still under warranty then it stopped working. Called Hisense customer care nobody pics up. Then got hold of them via email. The gear box was broken . Came to and replace the gear box and belt and they broke the lid of my washing mashine . And now nobody wants to come and replace the lid that the Technician broke . They caused a new problem and nobody was to assist. Wil never by any of Hisense products again
