The Worst After Sales Support/Customer Service

Pathetic after sales service with *********** people and rude supervisor working in the customer service centre. My smart tv is not even 2 weeks old and is giving us problems. We called and we're assured of a technician coming out the very same day...... did not happen. It's now 3 days later and still no technician
