Terrible service in getting a spare part for a dishwasher

on the 3rd of October I enquired about a power supply for my Hisense Dishwasher that had blown due to a power surge. I sent them a picture of the part., via an email. ( its not possible to talk to anyone at the parts department at Hisense - seems that everything must be done via email. They then sent me a quote for the part. Which I paid ( + delivery ). The part they sent was incorrect. I've been trying to get some sort of response from hisense spares for 2 weeks, and no luck. This company has the worst customer servive I've every experianced
