TERRIBLE SERVICE!

SO FRUSTRATED! We have been waiting for a PC Bord for our dish washer for months! After the ETA was pushed twice and I phoned today to follow up I was just told that the matter would be escalated and asked to be phoned with an update. Surprise surprise...no one phoned back! UNACCEPTABLE!
