Terrible service and quality products.

I bought a Hisense Washing machine from Game Store not to long ago. The machine is already faulty and after arranging twice with me to be home for repairs, Hisense have not kept the appointment and is ignoring my calls and emails. Absolute disgrace. I have a household and family to run and they do not care about my machine not working. Spent R7500 on something that is brand new and has been standing here for a month without being able to use it.
