Terrible Service and poor customer service

Hello. Kindly assist me I bought a new hisense TV from makro pietermaritzburg branch, within 3 months my TV stopped working. I logged a call on the 4 of February 2025 till to date no positive response from them. All I want is a new TV or my money back. The service I'm getting from hisense head office is terrible.
