TERRIBLE SERVICE and Poor Customer Care

I purchased a hisense 50 inch TV in 2017 and have had issues with the tv i called and sent multiple emails to the care centre without any help , the tv switches it self off and on while watching , i have been with no TV since lockdown ref Job no: *** they came and installed the sofware and the issue is still not resolved. poor tv perfomance and would not recommened it to anyone
