Terrible service

We have been in contact with customer care and the technician for 3 weeks now... machine is still not working and under warranty... spin belt needs to be replaced and the water flow is creating an error code.

Really thought Hisense is a trusted brand, but the service is terrible. I need my machine fixed or replaced!
