Terrible service

I have had a terrible experience with Hisense I’ve been calling customer care as I logged a complaint on my dishwasher which is still under warranty a technician was supposed to come on Tuesday today is Friday and I’ve been calling all week to follow up and excuses after excused I’ve asked to speak to a manager apparently they never at their desks I don’t know what kind of Customer service this..I’m without a dishwasher for two weeks now and I’ve been inconvenienced by this..I wish someone could come out and resolve this as mentioned my dishwasher is still under warranty only 5months old
