Terrible Service

<p>Good Day, I would like to name and shame makro Montague Gardens, Our fridge has stopped working and we have been with out a fridge now for 2 weeks and it is still not fixed, our food has gone off now and we are having to buy new food all the time and even that food goes off, They do not contact us to say whats happening or to give us a update all they say is they waiting on parts, I mean really does it take 2 weeks for parts to come, at least offer a replacement fridge or even a loan fridge untill our fridge gets replace, i think this is absolute ******* and so unfriendly, cant someone at least get us a loan fridge until ours gets fixed or do something about it.</p>
