Terrible Quality – Rusted Racks and No Support! I purchased the Hisense H13DESS dishwasher in April 2022, and by March 2023—less than a year later—the racks were already rusting badly. Not only is this a serious hygiene issue, it makes the dishwasher completely unsafe to use. I’ve been raising this issue with Hisense for over a year now, and after countless back-and-forth, I was finally told that rust is not covered under the warranty. To make matters worse, I even purchased an additional 2-year extended warranty, thinking it would give me peace of mind. But once again, I was told that rust is not included. What kind of dishwasher warranty doesn’t cover rust—especially when the racks start rusting within the first year? This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I feel let down both by the poor quality of the product and by Hisense's lack of responsibility. I will never buy another Hisense appliance again and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. #NeverBuyHisense
