Terrible quality and service on high priced items

Purchased a fridge freezer from Game store in Secunda. Freezer fan is making a very loud noise. Made a complaint for replacement on the hisense website, an agent came to have a look and one month later I have heard nothing! For R25k this is ridiculous. I would get a rather be efund purchase a more reliable brand. I am still sitting with a beautiful fridge that's making a huge noise. Game says they cannot do anything I must contact hisense.
