Terrible product with little to no support

If I could have given 0 stars I would. I purchased a Hisense H15DSS dishwasher towards the end of 2022 with an extended warranty plan as well. The dishwasher racks started rusting within the first 6 months after purchase, but it wasn't that bad yet. I complained to Hisense on the 18th of April 2024 and was told it isn't covered by warranty and they have no stock either. I do not use my dishwasher daily. Fast forward a few months, now my racks are completely disintegrating and pieces are breaking off rendering my dishwasher useless. Less than 2 years old and completely useless!!!! I have once again enquired about replacement rack but to this day still haven't received a response. I would not recommend this dishwasher to anyone as it is a complete waste of money with health risks included. There are numerous complaints similar to mine everywhere. I wish I researched more before purchasing mine as I would 100% not have purchased a Hisense!

I have already and received no response. This is horrific service considering that so many people are sitting with the same problem and have made Hisense aware of it and yet nothing is being done. And then we are expected to purchase new racks that will probably do exactly the same thing in a few month's time putting more money is Hisense's pockets for their inferior products. What is being done to solve the problem of the racks cracking?? I have read reviews dating back a few years with the same problem and solution, just contact spares and purchase new ones. Last time I contacted spares they did not even have stock!!!!
