Terrible product and worst service ever

Your service is ridiculous. Bought a so called Smart Tv in December 2018- notified Hisense that there was a problem on 27th December 2018... Matter still not resolved, technicians out on 4 occasions and nothing fixed...no communication from anyone there despite promises. I will never purchase another of your products again. This TV should have been replaced or refunded months ago.... utter charlatans. FYI since this incident i have purchased 3 fridges, a washing machine, tumble dryer and another TV... not one of them a hisense product. You have successfully managed to drive away a customer.
