Terrible Product and Service

In the past three months i have returned my phone three times for the same repairs. I am still currently waiting to get my phone, so we going on four months. Their service is poor and their consultants and technicians treat you like you're dealing with a government institution. I will not purchase another Hisense product and will advise others to do their research first and check reviews.
