Terrible extended warranty service

I have been trying to register two appliances for months now. The registration option on the website does not work, and when emailing I only receive an email confirming receipt of my request but never anything more than that. So much for an extended warranty if you cannot register it. Just imagine the process if you actually want to make use of that warranty?!
