Terrible experience - Hisense Smart 58’

We bought 3 Hisense Smart Tv units on special from Takealot. 2/3 had defective LCDs and TakeAlot refuses to replace 1. The units on inspection were fine but only on install is the defect visible. Now you hide behind your 7 day return rule even after being told numerous times the units were fine on inspection which was done within the 7 day period. You are not taking responsibility at all for selling us faulty goods. Terrible service!
