Terrible after sales service from Hisense

Bought a Hisense Fridge from Hifi Corp but when we opened the doors the fridge door seal was broken. They've sent out technicians on two separate occasions who both weren't able to fix it. We've now logged a 3rd ticket for them to exchange the unit and collect it and yet haven't heard back from them in over a week.

We've been without a usable fridge for 3 weeks and Hisense don't seem to have any concern.

Wouldn't recommend them or their products - their after sales service is terrible and they don't have any notion of urgency or consideration to the customer.
