Technician not pitching up

Since last week we have been waiting for the technician to come and have a look at the washing machine.This whole thing is frustrating cause they had said the technician will come between last of last week Friday or last week Monday....technicians didnt pitch.Wecalled on Monday last week they said the technicians wil come on Thursday.The whole of Thursady we were busy contacting the Hisense line trying to know whats happening and the consultants kept on saying the technician will come they cant get hold of him.So what must one do to get attention because yes the consultants call back and check up anf we tell them no technician has been to check the washing then thats it!l have a load of washing to do since last of last week,c'mon guyd
