Takes Hisense two or more months to credit or assist with a return

Hi

I bought a Hisense Fridge on Take-a-Lot in October 2023 started using it on the 1st of December 2023, within two weeks the Fridge was not cooling on top, phoned for them to come repair and the repairer couldn't fix it and they came to collect the unit on the 05th January 2024 its almost the 4th week I still don't have a Fridge., every time I call they will follow up and they never do, I need a new Fridge or to be refunded, we are going into February and I still don't have a Fridge, worst service provider.

I wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything from them
