I've a problem with Hisense and their service provider( based in Bloemfontein) Hisense will make you waste more than an hour only for you to lock a cimplain and then send some useless technician who keeps lying about when they'll come and fix the TV.

Reason for me to say useless is because they always make promises and never deliver.
