Substandard Hisense fridges ****
STAY AWAY!!!Poor quality brand, never invest in hisense fridges. Hisense sell substandard fridges of which their service provider AEK appliance are unable to fix, they will come up with lame excuses and unnecessary delays because they know that they don't have the capacity to repair fridges from this brand. Have two hisense fridges which both died within 4 years from purchase. I lodged a repair request & a technician came after more than a week, checked the fridge & said they will send a quote for repairs. Days later I receive a massage stating that repairs were completed.

15 Oct 2025, 18:18Hisense promised yet again to send another job card to their technicians and provide a quotation. More than a week later without any correspondence from them, I called their call centre to follow up on the issue and explained that the technician who inspected my fridge when I initially sent a repair request explained that the fridge had an internal gas leak, then the consultant said that if that is the case then the fridge is irreparable. Why would Hisense manufacture and sell such expensive fridges which they cannot repair. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY HISENSE PRODUCTS AGAIN!!!
