Still not fixed

Still without being able to wash my clothes due to delayed service. This is actually getting ridiculous as I mentioned I have 2 babies - still no feedback from Hisense service centre from my last mail. Please note that a technician came out last week Friday and we need a pipe to be replaced on our washing machine – the Technicians name is Prince I called him since Monday as our kids clothes has still not been washed due to your delayed service and he still hasn’t received a part – WHEN will our washing machine be fixed? this is not right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
