Stay away from Hisense products

Bought a cellphone as a gift for my mother but it only lasted 2 days. Game refused to give me a new handset and the unit was send in for repairs at Hisense head office. When I got the device back everything was out of the box, filthy and full of finger marks, screen scratched and at the back of the phone tracking numbers was sticked on with sellotape over it! I found it extremely unprofessional as I gave the device in for repairs spotless!! I called the repair centre and the bad attitude I received was absolutely shocking!!! I won't ever do business with Hisense or buy any if their product's again! A complete *******!
