Stay away from HISENSE

i bought a hisense fridge at Game last week Tuesday. On Friday i went to report that the fridge doesn't cool at the top, game employee logged an enquiry for Hisense to send out a technician. I only received a ticket No this Tuesday after i sent them an email. Their customer service is horrible, some of their agents are so rude and you tell us that your calls are recorded? i have been waiting since Friday the 13th for a consultant to come check out the fridge and at this stage i do not want it repaired any more but replaced!
