Stay Away From Hisense Dishwashers

Stay away from a Hisense Dishwasher. I bought a H13DESS dishwasher, and within a year, the top and bottom rack rusted. It is unusable. So I contacted Hisense and they are not interested. I then went searching for new racks online, and came across dozens of complaints of customers who experienced the same problem. Rusting racks within one year. Hisense can deny this is a problem, however one only has to Google it to verify that it is a common complaint. The result is, Hisense deny it is a faulty product, and want you to buy new racks at nearly R3000 for a pair. I asked them what will happen if they rust again within a year, and they basically say, "we don't expect this to happen again". Did you expect it to happen the first time? I will never buy from Hisense again.
