Stay away from Hisense appliances! Period! READ

Never ever buy a large Hisense appliance! Stay away! I bought a "premium" Hisense dishwasher for R5500 (normal price R6500) less than 6 months ago, Not once did I use it through load shedding. They claim power surge *******ed main board, drain pump also faulty . Their warranty does not cover power surges, I have never lost an appliance due to power surges. Their after sales service and support is pathetic. emails go unanswered, you have to continuously follow up, its been a month. The dishwasher is worth s**** metal now. They have lost me forever as a customer. I absolutely regret not buying the Bosch!!
