I'm having such a horrible experience with this brand, I brought a Hisense UHD smart TV 3 months ago from Direct Deals, From day one this TV gave me problems, Hisense advertise this as a smart TV but it cant hold my Internet password, I have to put the password in every single time, according to the technician it is my internet service provider that is a total lie because all my other devices is keeping the password. All my other Smart TV's as well. At this moment I'm hating this brand so much. I usually only go for LG or Samsung, thought giving Hisense a chance but regret my decition every single time I have to put it on. Also they claimed a 4 years warrantee and I'm battling for 3 months since the day I brought this TV for Hisense to fix this problem. Direct Deals just pull their shoulders up and claim its not their problem and Hisense as well. I will tell every single person NEVER NEVER buy Hisense, after service is so bad. Between Direct Deals and Hisense. People STAY AWAY!!!!!
