STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HISENSE AS POSSIBLE

I have a 55 inch TV smart TV from hisense which is 9 months old but doesnt work , Hi Fi corp keep saying the technician is coming and I miss work waiting for the said technician but still nothing , HOW IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ? When I call they say we called you and you didnt pick up the phone , HOW COME EVERYONE ELSE IS GETTING THROUGH JUST NOT YOU ? I swear I will make it a mission to tell everyone to stay as far away from hisense. That 1 star rating is way too generous.
