Spares not available

Hi,<br> <br> I did sent a mail to Hisense on 5th may asking or spare part (bottle holder ) for my refrigerator H220TWH.. I have also send them picture for more clarity. Also followed with Naomi over phone couple to times to check if she can arrange this part to be sent to Johannesburg or give me details where I will be able to buy it. Till date they have not comeback to me weather I will get a spare part or not? My Fridge is currently out of warranty.<br> <br> Please stay away from Hisense product as they definitely don't cater for spare part and it is west of time and money.
