As expected from this whole spare’s experience. Absolute incompetence from the spare’s department. It’s taken 2 weeks from the start to try and get spares for my washing machine. First week was just to get a quote, which I paid within 30min of receiving. According to the quote and the lady I spoke to in the spares department, the parts were in stock. Now a week later and I get a mail saying, they will let me know when they receive the part! What absolute *******! Am I going to have a working washing machine over December? If one of my customers has to wait a week to simply get a quote, someone is getting fired. Really, get your act together, this would never fly in any other country.
