Sold a broken fridge

I brought a brand new medium size Hisense fridge form Pick 'n Pay Hypermarket Brackenfell, turns out that they sold to me a broken fridge thus the fridge does not cool at all and just stay at room temperature.

I have been waiting on Hisense in corporation with TR enterprise for over a week now, and their service has been truly disappointing.

Thus I am still waiting on them for a new fridge hopefully someday soon.
