Software not updating for DSTV now to work

I’ve been on a call with 4 agents, calling in about a software update issue that’s not updating on my tv in order for the DSTV now app to open and I’ve gotten no call back regarding the status of my query even though I politely asked the last agent to call me back after being on hold for about 5 minutes.
