So flipn dissapointed in HISENSE

Hello Since last year november ive been asking asking for a link just to update my tv, they are asking why do i need to update my tv come on now, i can even send the prove they send to me asking all sort of nonsense, if you dont want to help just tel me, i love hisense i have a couple of appliance but i see red flags here, CAN SOME PLEASE HELP ME ALL I NEED IS A LINK SO THAT I CAB DOWNLAOD SOFTWARE TO UPDATE MY TV PLEASE PLEASE. ***
